About the Role
Business Solutions is our newly founded business division that is developing B2B tools to offer our core product to corporate clients. This will enable them to help their expat employees settle in better and faster in their new host location. At the same time, it reduces the amount of time corporate clients spend on administration and makes their Global Mobility efforts more successful.

As a Sales Manager (Business Solutions) at InterNations, you will:
  • research and qualify contact details for potential prospects and maintain them in Salesforce
  • develop a sales pipeline
  • call potential prospects (internationally), introducing the InterNations concept and booking appointments
  • run presentations (face-2-face / online) with prospects
  • complete requests for information (RFIs) and requests for quotation (RFQs)
  • commercial negotiation
  • sign and finalize new accounts
  • manage and develop existing accounts
  • look after internal sales administration
  • ensure the quality of sales CRM data
  • be one of the first team members of the Business Solutions division and help strategically develop concepts further
  • be the eyes, ears, and strong voice in the Global Mobility marketplace
  • report directly to the Head of Business Solutions — Sales
You meet the following requirements:      
  • qualification or training in Business Administration or a similar field
  • excellent written and spoken English (additional languages are a bonus)
  • keen to do outbound telephone calls
  • prepared to do business travel on a regular basis
  • well-developed presentation skills
  • eager to work in a target-driven B2B environment
  • exceptional communication skills, a go-getter, reliable, and calm under pressure
  • a talent for organization
  • a desire to work in a team with people from all over the world
